Terms & Conditions – Kusto Photography

1. General Terms

1.1 Bookings are accepted only under these terms. No condition may be added, removed, or amended without written consent from Kusto Photography.
1.2 Any agreed changes do not affect any other terms.
1.3 Payment of a deposit or the full session fee indicates that you have read and accepted these terms.
1.4 You confirm that the information provided in the booking form is accurate and truthful.
1.5 You agree that Kusto Photography is the sole professional photographer engaged for your session. Engaging another photographer without our consent is not permitted.

2. Payment

  • After confirmation, the client must pay the amount within 48 hours.

  • For hourly sessions (1–2 hours) – full payment is required immediately.

  • For sessions of 3+ hours – a 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the session.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before the session: paid funds are non-refundable, but the client may reschedule the session once to a new date.

  • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to kusto.photo@gmail.com.

4. Usage and Copyright

  • Master files (RAW) remain the property of Kusto Photography. Copying or distributing them without permission is prohibited.

  • We may display images or submit them to competitions after you have received your copies.

  • We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 regarding personal data. Unless you notify us otherwise, we assume all attendees at the session have consented to be photographed.

5. Liability

  • You agree that we are not liable for any financial or other losses resulting from a failure to fulfil our obligations, except for the return of payments as outlined in these terms.

  • We do not exclude liability for death, injury, or property damage caused by our negligence.

  • Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain or snow, the session may be limited due to the risk of equipment damage. In such cases, the session can be rescheduled to a different location or date.
